researching the job market.
Employment Preparation
The employment preparation service includes tuition in proven successful strategies
for assisting individuals to find a job. This service can include job application
skills, writing cover letters, interview skills, cold calling skills, and dealing
with recruitment agencies.
Vocational Assessment
The vocational assessment service involves determining suitable work options
an individual can pursue, researching their market viability, and developing
a job search strategy. This is compiled in a formal written report. It includes
an analysis of transferable skills, job interests and work values.
Outplacement
Outplacement involves working one-to-one with individuals to help them find
paid employment. This can include career counselling, vocational assessment,
preparation of a CV and the relevant aspects of the employment preparation
services. We contact employers, write job applications, cold call, and may
directly job search on the client's behalf.
